The Federation holds awards for each Spur Year (except for the grand opening) in the following categories:

How are awards decided?
All awards are decided by the total points a horse (or owner) has accumulated by competing in SDF sanctioned events, as per the standing tables below.
How is Breeder of the Year decided?
Owners are self-nominated once they have produced a foal that has successfully competed in dressage. The standings for this differs from other awards as it includes all dressage shows and is aimed at the greater dressage community! To be added to the Breeder of the Year nominations please contact Dani! All final point tallies must be submitted by the close of the award year and only include points for that year!
